Description lars 2003-09-16 14:32:41 UTC
"theasurus window" which lists all synonyms for the word the caret currently
touches

this should just be window containing a word list and clicking a word therein
replaces the current word the caret touches with the selected word from the
wordlist

this should be an always on top window like the Navigator.

Perhaps the current thesaurus dialogue even should become this window with a
dockable meaning window and small icons for look up this word neaxt to all
words in the word list and small back and forth icons on top of the window like
Navigator has.

see also issue 19586

is auto-complete based on the thesaurus data possible? What the first line
written here means is that the thesaurus window should always show synonyms as
soon as a word is clearly identified, eg. "show|" (| is caret) shows all
synonyms for "show", "sho|" shows no synonyms and when typing a "st"
after "show" the wordlist is empty again, until it identifies "showstopper".
